This is going to be a long blog so for the sake of getting everything in before Carson wakes up, I'm not going to write much. It's been a fun 8 weeks getting to know our little buddy (okay and hard also) and we just can't wait for what the future holds!

To celebrate the Oscars we broke out our new pot and had chocolate fondue. I love the the tv scene in the background because it was my favorite part of the Oscars when Ben Stillar imitated Joaquin Phoenix...hilarious!
Jackie had Tessa on Feb 17th (Cindy's birthday also) about 5 weeks after Carson. She was 10lbs, 4oz and Jackie did awesome, but I missed the birth by about 5 minutes, there was no stopping this girl!
Best friends already.
My friend Jenn came to visit when Carson was about 6 weeks. I'm holding her Tucker who is 12 weeks, he is such a doll.

We had a surprise party for my mom at my house for her 60th birthday. This must be her fake surprise face because she found out about it. We still love you mom!
Carson doesn't last very long on his tummy before he gets upset but I caught him looking a little content the other day.

It was fun getting updated on your little family. I'd been wondering how you were doing. Carson is getting big so fast - and my very favorite is the what up picture of him. If i didn't know better, I'd have thought Eric dressed him up like that. It is something he would do with his boys!
Oh, and P.S. Things get a LOT better in a few weeks. Trust me. :)
