This is Carson's favorite toy of the moment. My sister Jackie is letting us borrow it. He especially loves eating the balls.
Last Friday me, Cindy and Jackie went to the Sacramento County Fair. It was a hot day but we had fun walking around and the kids got to go on some rides. Carson felt so sick that day, but he was such a trooper. Tucker, Taylor and Jack spotted something in the dirt that captured their attention. Such boys!
Jeff and I went down to Orange County a few weeks ago for a dental convention. We got to visit our old ward in Vista which was so much fun. We stayed with Jeff's sister Rachele and her husband Wes in Aliso Viejo. These two pictures are the only ones we got of our travels...kinda sad. Especially since it was Carson's first plane ride.

Our little mover
Where I placed Carson before I got in the shower...
...and how I found him after I got out. He never moves that much when I'm watching, go figure.

Spa Time
This morning we had our spa warming up while we went for a walk so that we could relax when we got done. We decided to let Carson go for his first swim and he loved it. We think he is going to be a water baby.

Out with the old, in with the new.
I can't believe Carson is 4 months already! I have been trying to ignore the fact that he is getting bigger by keeping his smaller clothes in his drawers. I can still squeeze him into some 0-3 size bottoms however for the most part he's been in the 3-6 month sizes for probably about a month now. So yesterday I finally cleaned out his drawers and took out the clothes that don't fit him anymore. It was so sad looking at the big pile laying on the ground and realizing that my baby is going to be a big boy real soon. He is such a happy baby, loves kicking and splashing in the bath, and cannot sleep anywhere but in his own bed. Happy 4 months Carson, I can't wait for the next four.
